The Pulse Cafe

We want to introduce others to the benefits and values of an organic/natural vegan lifestyle. You will not have to inquire if something contains animal products because we are doing thorough research to maintain our café as strictly vegan. And although we are not a gluten free establishment, many of our dishes are prepared without gluten containing ingredients, and are notated as such on the menu. We also try to accommodate those with other food allergies and sensitivities. In addition to serving up tasty, nutritious food, we at the Pulse Café are dedicated to preserving our environment. With that in mind, we have chosen to use compostable take out containers and utensils, as well as paper goods. We are utilizing the local services of Save that Stuff, based in Cambridge, to meet our composting and recycling needs and we are supporting Wind Energy through our choice of NSTAR Green to meet our electrical needs.
