We are a host of passionate people who believe that good food, good drink and good company are some of the most rewarding ingredients life has to offer. We are chefs who not only love the food we get from local farmers & purveyors, but also the interaction and community we get from buying directly from the people who grow it. We take pleasure in utilizing old world methods like grinding & casing sausage, smoking & curing meats, grilling over real wood and roasting in a stone oven. We are bakers who transform simple, high quality ingredients by hand into incredible breads and pastries. We are pastry chefs who love the craft of making desserts both traditional and inventive. From classic apple pies and pound cakes to mojito mousse cakes and blue chees ice creams, we love the opportunity to create desserts that leave our guests smiling. We are students who started this job in the kitchen or dining room and didn’t have any knowledge of what an heirloom vegetable was or how to hold a knife – but now know that food can be exciting and simple and fun. We are bartenders who celbrate the modern cocktail by infusing, squeezing, buddling & shaking the freshest ingredients into your glass. We offer an exciting list of wines from all corners of the world, and beers that match up nicely with your meal. We are sincerely pleased that you have taken an interest in what we do.
