Stir It Up is a locally owned and operated outdoor restaurant located in St. Augustine Beach, Florida on “the porch” adjacent to the Pit Surf Shop. Specializing in healthy lunch cuisine and smoothies, once you try it, you will see how quickly Stir It Up becomes less of a stop to get a bite to eat and more of a lifestyle. The food is simply divine, made by caring hands with mostly organic ingredients including mixed greens, fresh ripe avocados, homemade hummus, and Annie’s Goddess salad dressing. Stir It Up is a haven for open minded individuals in a busy world, where you can stop in to relax for a few minutes, soak up some positive energy and revitalize your body with nutrition. All food is made to order, so be prepared to wait a little while if the porch is jammin.
