Most of our ingredients are certified organic, including our grains, flour, beans, juices, tofu and condiments. We also go to great lengths to locate fresh certified organic produce. Most of our produce is organic (juicing veggies are always organic) Our menu is 98% vegan, (with the exception of honey, and vegetable-rennet cheese that can be optionally added to any dish). In addition, we use only healthy cookware and appliances. All our pots and pans are stainless steel (no aluminum), and your meal is always cooked in a convection oven (no microwaves). Even though the ingredients we use are more expensive, we always try to keep our prices affordable. However, we will not compromise the quality of our ingredients (and your health) for any reason.
