Each Sopraffina serves fresh gourmet pizza to the huge market of urban professionals who are seeking a high quality dining experience with fast-food timing. Homemade pastas, hot focaccia sandwiches, fresh salads tossed to order, antipasti, tempting desserts, flavored ice teas, coffee and beverages are also served. We source local produce as much as possible, in an effort to support the region’s local food economy, and cut down on carbon emissions produced in transportation. At all Sopraffinas, a minimum of 30% of our main dishes our vegetarian, which are less carbon-intensive to produce.
