Signature Cafe is dedicated to sourcing the highest quality products from many local farmers who strive for humane treatment of animals as well as sustainable agricultural practices. Our wines are sourced from many carbon neutral wineries. It is our mission to provide job quality to employees by offering health care and the highest wages we are able to afford. All gratuities are placed into our wage and health care pool to be shared by all employees. A percentage of after tax profits are donated to animal welfare and land stewardship organizations.
