Reds on the River is a “from scratch” restaurant using as many local products as can possibly be sourced.Produce comes from Ingraberg Farms, where the vegetables are grown without the use pesticides. The chef makes a concerted effort to get seafood from sustainable sources, and meats that are treated as naturally as possible and from local Midwestern farmers.
