Chef Kenny has made a commitment to freshness and quality. He believes in the value of buying locally and sources his food from nearby farmers markets, and ranchers, as well as, from the purveyor of the freshest seafood and meats. The fish found on the Purple Olive menu is freshly caught and the shrimp are from our local waters. The greens and seasonal strawberries for his special crepes are delivered several times a week from Fresh Start Hydroponic Farm and the beef dishes featured on the menu are from our own neighbor- CartWheel Ranch. If there is something special on the menu that is not available in this area Chef Kenny makes use of the best regional sources.
