Plates Cafe and Catering is run by the same owners as Baltimore’s “neighborhood gourmet” Dogwood restaurant, and is the home of their non-profit training program, Kitchens for Change, for individuals recovering from incarceration and addiction. Plates is open Monday through Friday from 11 am to 4 pm.
