We offer light, non-americanized Rustic Italian cuisine. Our philosophy is more than a restaurant concept; it’s our way of life. We use pink Himalayan sea salt, organic raw sugar, cold pressed olive oils, sustainable seafood, as well as free range chicken, and organic or local produce. Pizzazz is the only Italian restaurant in the Baltimore area of its kind! We offer an entire vegan/vegetarian and gluten free menu in addition to our traditional menu. In an effort to be ecologically responsible and reduce our carbon footprint, we change our menus seasonally and use local or organic fruits and vegetables ! Our wine selections include biodynamic, sustainable, and organic and nitrate free wine, as well as your favorite suspects.
