Holeman and Finch Public House is just that, a public house. The arrangement of the tables and the seating in the establishment encourages conversation and communion — a sense that this is a community gathering. The menu is set up the same way. A meal here might be one or two items for one person or several items served up to share with companions or your neighbor seated at the bar. Our beef is raised naturally with no hormones or antibiotics. Our other meats (poultry, pork, etc.) come from local farms that care about the well-being of the animals. Our produce comes from a variety of local farms, and our menu changes frequently to reflect what is in season.
