Heine Brothers’ Coffee Shop

At Heine Brothers’ Coffee, all of our coffee is fair trade and organic. As a member of Cooperative Coffees, we import our beans directly from the farmers, and roast it 5 days a week in our small-batch roaster in the Crescent Hill neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky. All of our coffee is organically grown, meaning that no chemicals or other harmful pest control was used. This approach focuses on building healthy soil through composting, terracing, and inter-cropping, instead of fertilizing with synthetic chemicals. By utilizing these practices farmers are able to protect the quality of their water and soil, ensuring a healthy environment for generations to come. We have eight locations in all.
