We purchase ingredients locally when available, using fair-trade organic vendors with similar food politics. “Our customers say that the food is absolutely amazing!” Passionate food artisans craft our one-of-a-kind dishes and our prices are kept low to make them more accessible. GRO food has the highest level of nutrients and flavor while having the least impact on the planet, both in growing and preparation. One way we achieve this is by heating nothing above 112 degrees preserving precious enzymes while using less energy. We create our chocolates from hand-selected superior cacao beans in Central America, grind them in-house and add local honey and herbs to produce an incredibly delicious and truly healthy living chocolate The unique GRO community is a center for nourishment and education with an intense focus on community supported and conscious agriculture, nutrition and public policy.
