Sunflower Bistro is a compilation of ideas, experiences and culinary aspirations of Chefs Chris, Mary, and Emilio, owner of the popular Emilio’s Tapas in the Chicago area. Their menu is extremely eclectic and uses a variety of international ingredients, while still appealing to the American palate. They try to use as many organic and local ingredients as possible.
