DiCocoa’s mission: Education in eating well, and eating healthy! At DiCocoa’s Bakery and Marketplace, in the heart of the mountain village of Bethel, Maine, we make healthy food from scratch with fresh ingredients; organic and local as much as possible! Vegetarian with vegan options available. Stop in for a quick meal or snack, pick up a box lunch, heat and eat foods, or something from our grocery section featuring imported pastas, oils, gourmet items and gift baskets. Cafe DiCocoa next door offers a gentle dining series, cooking classes for adults and children, catering for special events, and tasting workshops.
