You are what you eat. When you dine with us, rest assured that you are eating foods that meet a higher standard than the USDA – ours. Our natural veal is fed a natural diet with no artificial hormones or antibiotics. It is humanely raised by family farmers and is carefully traced from the farm to the table. Our chicken, beef, and lamb are also natural – no hormones, no antibiotics and humanely raised. The eggs we use come from Springfield farms and are the freshest available. You can see the difference in the color of the yolks. Our fish is usually wild and we purchase several times a week, ensuring its freshness. During the summer months, we purchase most of our produce from the Farmers Market, held right here on Allegheny Avenue each Thursday from 11:00 to 3:00.
