A native New Englander, Chef Dunklin has created breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner menus that could be characterized as delicious tributes to dishes prepared in the classic brasserie fashion. On top of it all, B&O remains steadfast in its commitment to the world we live in. Among its eco-friendly and sustainable practices, you’ll find our dishes are prepared with as many local Baltimore sourced ingredients as possible. Plus, we recycle and even offer Natura® Water, produced from the in-house filtration system.
