Everything is fresh, house made and organic whenever possible. Thus our menu changes according to what’s beautiful and in season. We make our own bagels, cupcakes and other baked goods, and most of our own recipe ingredients including fresh mozzarella, pickled beets, organic preserves, peanut butter, hummus, mayonnaise, pesto… you get the idea! Everything is fresh, house-made and organic whenever possible.
