The emphasis is on breakfast fare, and while there is plenty of meat on the menu, there are a number of innovative egg dishes, as well as oatmeal, yogurt, and whole grain pancakes and French toast. Restaurant strives to use naturally-raised meat, organic grains and produce “as locally-grown as possible.”
