Ngon Vietnamese Bistro is a modern Vietnamese restaurant that was established with the goal of providing authentic Vietnamese dishes using the freshest ingredients. Our seasonal fusion entrees stay true to the flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, while providing a contemporary twist to traditional dishes. We strive to use locally produced ingredients when ever possible and do our best to support our local economy; from using organic Peace Coffee in out Vietnamese coffee mix, beef from Thousand Hills Cattle Co., pork from Grass Run Farms & Fischer Farms, produce from St. Paul Farmer’s Market, & having an exclusively Minnesota beer list.
