Evans Street Station

Whenever possible, Evans Street Station acquires almost all of its produce from local growers. We have developed strong partnerships with several farms such as Prochaska Farms in Macon, Ambry Farms in Clinton, Wilson’s Farm in Tipton, Kapnick Orchards in Teseh, and others throughout Lenawee County. One of the restaurant’s main attractions is the exhibition kitchen, where visitors can stop by and get a bird’s eye view of the chefs in action. Evans Street Station is one of just a few restaurants in the entire state of Michigan that cook entirely from scratch. All stocks, pastas, breads, and desserts – everything is made in-house. Guests can definitely taste the difference and it’s a beautiful thing.
