This fast food restaurant offers all-natural organic burgers, poultry and fries. The menu also features gourmet wraps and salads as well as several healthy kids’ meal options. Milkshakes are made with natural fruit and organic milk. Evos cooks foods in a special oven with hot air instead of deep-frying them in oils or grease. This cuts the fat content by 30 to 50 percent, according to the restaurant. In addition to serving all-natural foods, the restaurant tries to create an eco-friendly environment for consumers. All building materials are sustainable, including environmentally friendly paints and eco-friendly flooring. The restaurant prints all materials on recycled paper with soy-based inks, in addition to using biodegradable take-out bags and 100 percent recycled gift cards.
