These recipes are produced with the pride and dedication of the old masters using the finest ingredients available to us – at the lowest possible cost to you. The Grano family prides itself on the “Farm to Table” principle; using not only the freshest ingredients possible from local farmers and food artisans but also products made in the USA including sustainable fish. One of our most popular dishes, Impetata di Cozze, is made using Prince Island Edward mussels. While just over the border in neighboring Canada, these are the finest mussels available. Prince Edward Island blue mussels grow naturally in nutrient-rich waters and are self-sustained with no feed or additives. At Grano, we are wholeheartedly committed to recycling and comply with all Baltimore City regulations. We recycle all of our paper, cardboard, glass and plastic.
