Our cuisine is a three-fold combination of classic bistro elements, modern cooking techniques and local & sustainable ingredients. Throughout the year, we strive to source ingredients from local farms and food producers such as Verrill Farm (www.verrillfarm.com) in Concord, MA, Kimball Fruit Farm in Pepperell, MA and the Northeast Family Farms Cooperative (www.northeastfamilyfarms.com). Lumiere is honored to have much of our seafood sourced by Ingrid Bengis of Stonington, Maine, seafood purveyor to some of the country’s finest restaurants.
