Trotter’s is a local, neighborhood cafe. We use local, organic ingredients as much as possible. Our motto is, Local* Fresh * Yum! Our list is long of local suppliers we use. We’ve practiced sustainability since 1989! Here is a list of some of our suppliers:-Whole Farm Coop, Long Prairie MN-Organic flours, bran, free range eggs, free range chickens, produce, honey, organic sugar -Anderson’s, Cumberland WI : Pure Maple syrup-Beeler’s Pork, LeMars IA: All natural pork products- vegetarian fed. Bacon, sausage, ham. -Crystal Ball Farms, Oseola WI : Organic milk in glass returnable bottles-United Natural Foods: Many organic products- beans-canned and dried, jams, tomats, coconut milk, pasta, salsa and more.-Bushel Boy Tomats, Owatana, MN- Vine ripened tomats- all winter-even in Minnesota! Hours- Monday through Saturday 7:00am to 9:00pm, Sunday breakfast 8:00am to 2:00 pm.
