The Oxford House Inn, a Western Maine Bed and Breakfast and Country Inn, offers visitors to the Mt. Culinary Institute of America graduate Chef/Owner Jonathan Spak crafts his seasonally changing menus to showcase the best that local farms have to offer, including fresh Maine seafood, local grain fed beef and fruits & vegetables grown just steps from the kitchen door. While overall his style is considered contemporary American cuisine, influences and techniques from Asia, Southwestern United States and France are often incorporated.
