He has locally-made foie gras pate, bolude smoked salmon, a breadth of local handmade salumi, local organic eggs and other items to tickle your sustainable tongue. The adjacent Rubi’s cafe down the alley behind the store has excellent sandwiches made with the same high quality ingredients and exceptional, sustainable coffee.
