Red Lion Inn

The Red Lion Inn specializes in contemporary regional cuisine, served with gracious New England hospitality in authentic surroundings. Executive Chef Brian Alberg emphasizes the use of fresh, local ingredients in his cooking. The Red Lion Inn is currently offering locally grown mushrooms, organic greens, and goat cheese from the Rossonbrook Farm. Chef Alberg plans to meet with Berkshire Grown to discuss converting his menu to carry all-natural meat products.
