Green Organic Restaurant & Wine Bar

Our purpose is to provide people with delicious, healthy and organic gourmet food that is as green as it is fresh. If you want truly tasty food, you don’t want it to be weeks, or even months old and shipped in containers from the other side of the planet. That isn’t fresh and far from green if you consider all of the fossil fuels it took to get it here. So we have searched out local farms to purchase as many of our ingredients from as possible. Our grass fed beef and pork comes from a ranch only 2 hours away (you can see pictures of it in our store) and our milk products come from a multi-generation dairy farm in the Florida pan handle. We select Florida organic farms as our first choice for buying our produce and only buy from other states when necessary. And the only imported ingredients are bananas, coffee, tea and cocoa. Our seafood comes from US waters and is always wild-caught. We never use genetically modified ingredients and our food is always gluten-free (a protein found mainly in wheat, rye and barley).
