Chef/Owner Peter Hyde presents homemade Mediterranean cuisine in an atmosphere of comfortable sophistication. Ingredients are fresh and whenever possible, attained from local purveyors–even from the Chef’s garden near the main rear entrance! Blue Moon’s “palate teasers” include “Great Hill Blue cheese three ways” and “East Dennis oysters.” Entrees include “Cedar Planked Organic Salmon” and “Butternut Squash Ravioli with sundried tomats, apple cider cream sauce, carmalized onions and shaved parmesan.” Desserts also feature local products, such as the locally grown poached bartlett pear.
