Located at the Outer Reach Resort and overlooking the Cape Cod Bay, Adrian’s has been serving breakfast and dinner for over 20 years. Specialty omelettes, lobster benedict, and cranberry pancakes are breakfast favorites, while regional Italian fare is served at dinner, featuring local seafood, pastas, and gourmet pizzas, utilizing the freshest ingredients available.Much of Adrian’s produce is sustainable. The restaurant has a garden where it grows all of the herbs it uses for cooking. While not certified organic, the garden ds not use any pesticides or chemical fertilizers–only its own compost. Adrian grows tomats, swiss chard, among other veggies often used in his menus. Regarding meat and chicken, all of the beef that he uses comes from Northeast Family Farms and is pasture raised without antibiotics or hormones. Because the restaurant is seasonal, and the Cape Cod growing season is somewhat short, Adrian cannot always purchase locally, but he ds so whenever possible. All fish is purchased from local fishermen (i.e., lobster, clams, oysters). “The fish that I use daily is usually line caught and small day boat catch.” In regard to other food sources that Adrian uses, due to the nature of serving Italian food, he ds bring imported Italian products into his kitchen; however, “all of these products are made under very strict rules and regulations that far surpass many of the guidelines that we use in this country.” Adrian’s Restaurant has been recommended by the Boston Globe, Boston Phnix, Cape Cod Life Magazine, the Yankee Magazine Traveler, AAA Travel Guide, Fodor’s, Zagats and has been featured on Channel 5’s “Chronicle.” Spring/Fall Hours:Breakfast 8am-12pm, Sat & Sun only.
