Main Squeeze serves delicious natural foods prepared for your health and satisfaction. We choose our ingredients carefully, buying local and organic foods whenever possible. We serve homemade soups, daily specials, salads, hot dishes, sandwiches and wraps, healthy baked goods, fresh juices and smoothies in a colorful cafe where art rules. We also serve a healthy organic breakfast! All-natural catering is also available; please call for details. Everything we do is based on our goal of running a sustainable business. What ds that mean, exactly? Simply, when we make decisions, we ask ourselves one question: Is this the very best we can do for the health of our planet, our customers, our employees, and our community? For a decade, we have answered this question by: composting 100% of our food waste, recycling all of our paper, plastics aluminum, cardboard and office waste, using earth-friendly to-go packaging, implementing sustainable ideas, and giving back to our community.
