The Root Restaurant and Bar

The Root Restaurant and Bar sources as many of its ingredients from local farms as possible. Much of the produce is obtained from the Chef’s Garden in Huron, Ohio and from smaller Michigan farms when in season. Our all-natural beef, pork, and lamb comes from a farm in Yale, MI and our poultry from Miller Farms. Check out the community page on our website for a full list of local purveyors.
