In addition to traditional “health foods,” the store sells such game meats as buffalo, elk, wild boar, black bear, kangaroo, venison, and ostrich, as well as hormone-free domestic meat and fowl. One cafe menu features these meats. A second menu offers Native American and “Old West” inspired vegetarian fare, made “using separate cookware and utensils.”
